The ultimate threat solution

THE PROBLEM

I have found solution for well-known XCOM TFTD Terror From the Deep research bug - under some condition you can not start research even if you have all artefacts for it. This bug is critical - sometimes you need to start the whole your game from begin because you can't reach mission-critical technology.

Sometimes you can not research MC-Reader, MC-Lab, M.C.Disruptor, Ion Armor, Alien Sub construction, Leviathan etc. Well-known advice is to accurate follow the research tree - as an example: do not research M.C.Lab until you have M.C.Reader, do not research Zrbite until you have Disruptor Pulse Launcher, not research live deep one until you have reseached magnetic navigation, do not research Tasoth commander until you reach Leviathan etc.

But not all of dead ends in research tree is documented - yesterday I stop my playng because i can't research Alien Sub construction. Yes, I spend my xmas vacation playing good old XCOM. So, I dig in project.dat file and examine it format. After that i make this service.
